Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. This position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, administrative support, and communication with our China-based operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders, including printing orders, labeling packages, sorting, verifying, packing, and shipping.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct inventory counts and assists with inventory control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Provide administrative support, including filing documents, reviewing data, and preparing reports.
- Communicate regularly with the China-based operations team regarding daily progress, order status, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work authorization).
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written communication).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to warehouse systems and processes.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
