This remote position involves supporting legal engagements through document analysis, workflow execution, and contract review. The role requires proficiency in general office software, along with experience in legal and litigation management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, analyze, and document facts for engagement matters.
• Execute engagement workflow and administration.
• Manage imaging, media processing, document tracking, and chain of custody requirements.
• Prepare reports based on analyzed business issues and facts.
• Review contracts and documents according to provided guidelines.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills for all management levels and clients.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with office software such as word processors and spreadsheets.
• Juris Doctor with bar exam passage in at least one jurisdiction.
