Site Manager
NASCAR Car Wash
The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at a high-volume express car wash location. This includes team leadership, customer satisfaction, sales performance, equipment maintenance, and site profitability. The Manager ensures efficient daily operations while delivering a fast, safe, and high-quality customer experience.High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)1–3 years of supervisory or management experience (retail, automotive, or service industry preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsCustomer service-focused mindsetAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsBasic mechanical aptitude is a plusAbility to stand for long periodsLift up to 25–50 lbsWork in wet, noisy, and fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
