About the job Industrial Electrical Superintendent Gastonia, NC Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. 100% employee-owned, industrial growth projects Regional travel with home-weekend rhythm. Overtime + $100/day per diem for projects 75+ miles from HQ Company-paid employee medical, 401(k) with match, paid holidays. Role Summary Field leader accountable for safety, schedule, cost, and quality across one or more industrial projects. Must-Haves 2+ years industrial electrical supervision experience. Medium-voltage experience (115 kV). Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, transformers/substations. Crew leadership, blueprint/schematic reading. Candidates must possess a valid drivers license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check. Preferred 7+ years industrial electrical background. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Companies ATS Questions) Do you have 2+ years industrial electrical supervision experience. Do you have Medium-voltage experience (115 kV). Do you have Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, transformers/substations. Do you have Crew leadership, blueprint/schematic reading. Do you have Candidates must possess a valid drivers license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check. Do you have industrial electrical background.
