What You Bring to the Line (Requirements): Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software required Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual skills are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Basic math and computer skills required Ability to read and write in English What You'll Do (Job Duties): Support production staff with inventory scanning, transactions, and inventory-related questions Reconcile assembly orders and investigate inventory variances Identify and correct inventory discrepancies following company procedures Train employees on inventory scanning systems and provide process guidance Assist the receiving department with accurate material receiving and inventory entry Support physical inventories and cycle count activities Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO practices and lot tracking procedures Work closely with Quality teams on product holds, recalls, and inventory issues Assist with additional inventory and warehouse-related tasks as needed Why You'll Love It Here (Employee Benefits): Fair Weekly Pay: Paid what you're worth.
