AE Landscape Borders is searching for a high-energy, people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to be the very first voice candidates hear when they apply to our team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Phone Recruiter at AE Landscape Borders, you'll own the top of our hiring funnel—conducting high-volume phone screens, quickly evaluating candidates, and keeping energy high on every call. You'll be the reason top talent gets excited about joining our team before they ever walk through our doors.

• Phone Screening: Conduct fast, engaging outbound and inbound screening calls with applicants to assess fit, enthusiasm, and availability.

• Candidate Experience: Create an energetic, welcoming first impression that gets candidates genuinely excited about the opportunity.

• Scheduling Interviews: Efficiently move qualified candidates through the pipeline by scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

• Pipeline Management: Track candidate status and follow-ups accurately in our applicant tracking system — keeping the pipeline clean and moving.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the broader team to stay aligned on hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.

• Process Improvement: Identify ways to screen smarter and faster as application volume grows.

SCHEDULE

FULL TIME: 8 AM – 4 PM, Mon–Fri

• Comfort with high call volume — you don't slow down when the queue is full.

• Highly organized with solid attention to detail for tracking and scheduling.

• Previous recruiting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a bonus.
