What You'll Do
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
- Oversee and develop reproductive endocrinology and infertility services
- Deliver outpatient reproductive endocrinology care, including diagnostic and fertility treatments
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and establish clinical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure excellent patient care
- Participate in strategic planning for reproductive medicine programs
- Manage clinic operations, with limited inpatient or consultative duties
- Engage in call rotations and weekend coverage as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and national standards
What You Need
- Board Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) current, not lapsed
- Proven leadership experience in a reproductive medicine setting
- Strong clinical skills in advanced fertility treatments and diagnostics
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
