You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing contact center operations.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Candidate QualificationsWonder if you are a good fit for this position?
