What You'll Do As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for: Sanding, masking, and taping surfaces to prepare for painting applications, ensuring a smooth and precise finish. Pressure washing exterior surfaces to create a clean, ready-to-paint surface. Applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless sprayers for efficient coverage. Loading and unloading supplies to keep projects on schedule and minimize delays. Sweeping and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean workspace and ensure quality results. Safely working with ladders and following all ladder safety protocols on job sites to prevent accidents. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 5+ years of verifiable residential or commercial painting experience, with up to 10 years preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as traveling to multiple job sites is required. A clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly. Proficiency with masking, brushing, rolling, and airless painting techniques to ensure quality finishes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
