Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Bridger Valley Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in beautiful Bridger Valley, Wyoming (just minutes from Lyman, WY).
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Preventative health visits, annual wellness exams, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Order, interpret, and communicate lab and diagnostic testing results.
- Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
- Patient and family education.
- Participate in same-day access scheduling to support timely patient care.
- Utilize telehealth technology when appropriate.
- Collaborate with specialists and hospital providers.
- Accurately document encounters within the EMR.
- Participate in outreach activities and community health initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Open to both practicing NPs and new grads (FM o r Rural Health experience preferred).
- Certified NP.
Schedule:
- Full-time position: Monday-Friday clinic schedule.
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays unless otherwise assigned.
