Talent Management Generalist Functional Area: Early Career/University Relations We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Talent Management Generalist within the University Relations Team. This TM Generalist will primarily focus on full‑time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs, managing the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and campus engagement through candidate screening, interviews, offers, hiring, and program placement. This individual will partner with the Early Career Full‑Time Development Program team, business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate candidate slates, and deliver positive experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders. The TM Generalist will also support internship recruitment and other early career program recruitment as business and team needs arise. This individual will partner with the Early Career Full‑Time Development Program team, business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate candidate slates, and deliver positive experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders. The TM Generalist will also support internship recruitment and other early career program recruitment as business and team needs arise. Key Responsibilities Conduct full‑time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs across the full recruitment lifecycle Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand program talent needs and required and preferred candidate qualifications Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑potential early career talent Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing partners Coordinate and attend college career fairs, community‑based recruitment events, and Huntington‑hosted recruiting events Review applications and resumes in accordance with position and program requirements Screen, assess, and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process Organize and coordinate candidate slates, interviews, offers, hiring activities, and program placements across development programs Deliver a positive, timely, and consistent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners Support internship recruitment, intern conversion activities, and other early career program recruitment as needed Design, write, and coordinate communications and resources for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with HR and Talent Management partners regarding compensation, staffing policies, program requirements, communications, and the candidate and colleague experience Generate and analyze recruiting data to inform hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and process improvements Monitor and evaluate recruitment results to improve program outcomes, retention, and conversion Build job aids, presentations, process documentation, and other resources to support colleagues and showcase results Provide cross‑functional support for early career programs, Talent Management initiatives, and other team priorities as needed Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree 3+ years in Human Resources in a fast‑paced environment requiring strong multi‑tasking skills Preferred Qualifications Strong HR acumen, including strong problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis Excellent communication nd presentation skills Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Experience with MS Office Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
