Physical Therapist

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide case management and hospice care services. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Required Skills & Certifications: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care. Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills. Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room. Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas or hospice care. Special Considerations: Must obtain permanent RN license if starting with compact license. Not eligible to return if previously employed within one year without separation. Work environment may include hospice, critical care, or acute settings. Scheduling: Day shifts with a 32-hour workweek during holiday weeks. Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate as applicable. Parking and dress code information provided on first day.
