Wholesale Account Executive

To support the growth of the wholesale lending business, the full-time Wholesale Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions remotely, while managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support. Key responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up to ensure client satisfaction Manage tracking and reporting of monthly volume and loan quality Work closely with operations to resolve any issues and assist in account development Required qualifications 2+ years of mortgage origination experience Well-developed understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing, and sales procedures Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Encompass/mortgage origination systems (preferred)
