As an Administrative Coordinator for Garney, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Garney's office. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role helps ensure the office remains professional, organized, and welcoming while providing administrative and operational support to the office team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a well-run office environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Greet and assist visitors, manage front desk operations, and ensure proper visitor procedures are followed

Answer and route phone calls, manage voicemail

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, kitchen, and lobby

Assist with office supply and kitchen supply inventory and ordering

Support onboarding of new hires by helping prepare workspaces and welcome materials

Assist with coordination of office events, meetings, and internal activities

Run errands as needed

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed to support office operations

Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or front desk role preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and reliability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Proficient with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver's license - Required

High School Diploma - Required
