Bench Assembler

Looking to grow your career in manufacturing? We're hiring dependable, detail‑oriented individuals who have some prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment and enjoy hands‑on, precision work.

Location: Wilton, NH

Shift: Mon-Fri

Hours: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM

Pay: $19-$20/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble and wire small components with accuracy
• Work with small parts under a microscope or magnifier
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, sewing, or related hands‑on experience required
• Comfortable working with small parts and fine, detailed tasks
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting daily production goals
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and be trained
