Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored) in collaboration with surgical teams
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to hospital standards
• Manage airway management and patient safety during procedures
• Travel to various ambulatory sites as needed within the facility network

What You Need

Required:

• NBCRNA certification (Active and current)
• Valid Michigan RN license or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia management across all patient ages and ASA classes

Preferred:

• Experience in ambulatory surgery settings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
