Sales Support Administrator

Are you the person everyone counts on to keep things on track? The Sales Administrator keeps the sales team organized, informed, and moving. This role owns the operational work that sits behind every deal: running sales meetings, tracking action items, rolling up forecasts, producing weekly reports, and managing bid responses from start to submission. The Sales Administrator works closely with the Sales Manager and sales team, and steps in on customer-facing channels (website chat and inbound calls) when the team needs coverage. The right person is detail-driven, follows through without being chased, and is comfortable juggling several deadlines at once. Key responsibilities: Sales meeting coordination Schedule and coordinate recurring and ad hoc sales meetings, including agendas, invites, and materials Take notes during meetings and distribute a clear summary afterward Document action items with owners and due dates, and follow up to keep them on track For ecasting an d reporting Collect forecast inputs from each sales rep and build the team forecast roll-up for the Sales Manager Flag gaps, changes, and missing updates in the forecast before it goes up the chain Produce weekly sales reports covering pipeline, bookings, activity, and other agreed metrics Keep CRM data clean and current so reporting is accurate Bid responsecoordination Manage bid and RFP/RFQ response projects from intake to submission Build response timelines, assign sections, and gather input from sales, pricing, and subject matter experts Assemble, proofread, and format final responses and confirm they meet every submission requirement and deadline Maintain a library of reusable bid content and past responses Handle product stock check requests from the sales team Confirm availability and lead times with inventory, operations, or suppliers, and report back quickly Customer channel backup Cover website chat and inbound phone calls for the sales team as needed Answer general questions, capture lead details, and route inquiries to the right rep Support the Sales Manager and team with other administrative tasks as assigned What you bring 2+ years supporting a sales team or working in an admin or operations role Real comfort in Excel or Google Sheets, plus hands-on CRM experience Notes and emails that are clear the first time The ability to keep five deadlines moving without letting one slip A friendly, professional phone and chat presence #J-18808-Ljbffr Juniper Office
