Medical Administrative Assistant

*Position Summary*
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support while contributing to a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and visitors.
*What You'll Do*

* Support daily office operations through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
* Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and care
* Maintain organized records, files, and office systems in line with internal procedures
* Greet visitors and answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
* Respond to routine requests for information while ensuring more complex matters are handled efficiently
* Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
* Draft and prepare routine letters, memos, and communications based on provided guidance
* Gather and compile information to support team projects and reporting needs
* Manage calendars and assist with scheduling appointments
*Schedule*- This role is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
*Contract*- This is a contracted position that will go until 12/31. Once the contract is over candidates may go direct based on performance
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
