Your Role

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Technogym Solution Expert in our Boutique with a genuine interest in our brand and a real passion for sport and wellness. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to our customers. You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service, striving to exceed customers' expectations.

Your Impact:

• Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
• Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
• Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude)
• Keep the CRM system up to date
• Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
• Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere
• Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
• Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
• Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a strong sense of presence on the store floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. You have a passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, Made in Italy, art, working out and a healthy lifestyle.

What you should bring:

• 2+ years' experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies
• Bachelor's Degree
• Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
• Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP)
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to create and cultivate a network
