Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Fairbanks, Alaska Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy implementation for patients of all age groups. The role involves collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy and adjust care based on progress Set goals, support discharge planning, and educate patients/families Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with healthcare teams and support staff Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active or eligible Alaska PT license BLS certification required Strong clinical and communication skills New graduates welcome Compensation & Benefits: $44.09–$70.54/hour + $20,000 retention bonus Relocation assistance up to $7,500 + 90 days housing Flexible schedule (4x10s or 5x8s) Full benefits, PTO, and education support
