Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with PreK through secondary students
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Conduct assessments and develop individual education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
• Deliver direct therapy to a diverse caseload in both elementary and secondary school environments
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative support as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the varied needs of your student population
