Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit. Transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application date. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager. Qualifications Must demonstrate self-confidence, organizational skills, kindness, compassion, and a willingness to seek quality-driven solutions. Absolute team player; pitches in when needed and accepts help. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Hourly pay: $15. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Local travel may be required; extended hours, evenings, or weekends possible. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality essential.
