Accounts Payable SpecialistMayvin is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the U.S Marshals Service's (USMS's) Financial Services Division (FSD) management and other staff members in all financial activities and operations as assigned. This position will liaise with Federal Employees, Contractors, and Divisions throughout the U.S. Marshals Service. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a Tier 2 background investigation (BI). Responsibilities include:Assist with financial audits, reconciliations, and the preparation of financial reportsHelp resolve accounting and financial problemsPrepare journal entries and perform Data Entry and Payment processingPerform mail and invoice distributionProvide ad hoc administrative support to any of the branches in the USMS management on an as-needed basisgroup id: 10486701
