Seller LIVE Operations Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/ MS)

Responsibilities Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in TikTok Shop. Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers’ promotions with overall marketing initiatives. Stay up‑to‑date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree. Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer/Fall 2026. Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e‑commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers. Ability to work independently and time‑manage high‑profile initiatives, curious, self‑motivated, bias‑for‑action (“no task is too small” mentality). Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external‑facing situations. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content‑based e‑commerce is highly preferred. Job Information Compensation: Hourly rate $23.75.
