Creator & Partner Marketing Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive program success. MKT Events Support: Support the organization and hosting of offline events for creators and partners, facilitating communication and synergy within the creator ecosystem. Support the documentation and organization of program materials and report. Commit to at least a three‑month internship period. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Data Science or a related major. Proven experience in analytical and problem‑solving. Proven skills in data processing tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar). Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills. Passion for business and a drive to reach higher goals. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or full‑time experience in an e‑commerce marketplace business, or retail category management. Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand‑creator partnerships. Job Information Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern: $23.75‑$23.75. Benefits Interns receive day‑one access to health and life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half).
