You'll provide compassionate support in a team-based environment where your contributions are valued.Duties and Responsibilities:Motivates and encourages clients who have an acquired brain injury to progress in the home environment as well as in the communityAssists clients with activities of daily livingSupports clients by preparing them for their day and assisting them getting to and from work, therapy, and other appointmentsRange of motion exercisesPerforms household services essential to home health careAttends concerts, sporting events and other entertainment activities with clientsRequirements:High School diploma or GEDValid CNA certificationValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCPR certification or willingness to obtainAbility to stand, bend, and assist with transfersAnticipated Work Schedule: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am (rotating weekends)Join our team and make a real difference!
