Summary Night Audit Host – Overnight Shift at the Grand Hyatt Denver, a 516‑room hotel with more than 60,000 sq ft of meeting space. Organization Grand Hyatt Denver Responsibilities The Night Audit Host assists in the overnight front‑office shift, including cash control, preparing and balancing reports, responding to guest service issues, and the check‑in and check‑out process. This highly visible role offers opportunities for casual conversation and directly impacts the guest experience. Other duties may include processing payment forms and responding to guest inquiries. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Typical shifts run from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with occasional post‑midnight shifts depending on business needs. Previous high‑volume customer service experience, preferably in hospitality. Prior work‑related cash handling experience. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances. Knowledge of Denver area restaurants and attractions preferred. Previous hotel front‑office experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Hours 11:00 pm – 7:30 am. Compensation $22.40 per hour, plus a $2.00 differential for overnight shifts.
