Requisition ID: 20179 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Manufacturing Inventory Specialist Department: Processing Reports to: Inventory Supervisor- Processing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Location: McKeesport, PA Position Summary The Manufacturing Inventory Specialist role requires a hands‑on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. The position oversees day‑to‑day operations of a large cannabis production facility and reports directly to the Production Manager. They provide support for all production staff, including policies and procedures, schedules, and training. Key Responsibilities Count items within their respective locations Ensure that tallied amounts are properly reflected in the inventory system Move items and assign them to new locations Utilize spreadsheets and Excel Perform inventory in multiple facilities Track items daily to ensure accuracy Update changes or new status of items in the system Any other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Quick learner and team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Attend inventory system training sessions as needed Physical Requirements Must be able to push, pull, move, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Must be able to work seated/standing at workstations for extended periods and maintain body equilibrium while performing tasks such as climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, and pinch frequently Must handle organic matter daily, wear PPE as appropriate, and be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95°F or greater) Must have visual acuity with or without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, or visual inspection involving small parts; visual clarity at 20 ft or more day and night Must speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co‑workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise) Salary will be commensurate with experience.
