We’re seeking a Vendor Outreach Specialist to connect with established business vendors and communicate important updates to an existing client program.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Salesforce experience who is confident on the phone, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment. While prior sales experience is helpful, this position does not involve cold calling or selling. The focus is on clear communication, accurate documentation, and providing vendors with the information they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing vendors by phone to communicate program updates and changes
• Provide clear, professional information and address general vendor questions
• Record call activity and detailed notes in Salesforce
• Manage calls while navigating multiple tabs, systems, and internal resources
• Communicate with team members and leadership through internal chat platforms
• Maintain accurate and organized records of vendor interactions

• Meet established productivity, quality, and documentation expectations
• Apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Remain flexible as processes, systems, and client requirements evolve
• Demonstrate consistent reliability, attendance, and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Salesforce
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or professional phone experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone presence with clear and confident communication
• Comfortable multitasking between phone conversations, data entry, and multiple computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
• Reliable, adaptable, and receptive to coaching
• Nice to Have Qualifications
• Previous outbound calling experience
• Business-to-business (B2B) communication experience
• Experience working in a call-driven or performance-based environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (training hours may differ)
