Job Title: Recruiter Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid) About This Role Comscore is looking for a Recruiter skilled in recruiting specialized technical talent as well as sales and operational roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Software engineering, new technologies in Big Data, data analysis and data science, and a passion for the internet and the digital world. This individual will also source on Sales, Marketing, and Product roles and will develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to design recruiting plans, screen candidates, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding. What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for open roles. Hire Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Sales professionals. Strategically advise hiring managers on best practices and develop creative solutions for identifying and hiring technical talent. Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct screenings to ensure candidates meet qualifications before sending them to hiring managers. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and their interview team. Prepare and extend verbal and written offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to HR onboarding. Utilize a variety of recruiting sources such as job boards, professional networking sites, and social media. What You’ll Need 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑lifecycle recruiting environment. Combination of staffing industry, executive search, and/or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred. Ability to multi‑task in an extremely fast‑paced environment where priorities can quickly change. Ability to collaborate with peers in a team‑oriented structure. Strong writing and communication skills. In‑depth experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Salary $65,000–$75,000; commensurate with experience.
