Commercial Litigation Attorney - Dallas, in-office position


A Dallas-based full-service commercial law firm with a highly collegial practice group, is currently seeking a 2-15+-year Commerical Litigation Attorney to join their team full-time.


The firm is a litigation boutique that’s been thriving for 17 years, thanks to a closeknit team and a solid, evergowing base of clients.


They make sure their litigators of all experience levels are in the front seat: fostering client connections, taking depositions, and arguing motions.


The firm is seeking commercial litigators with at least 2 years of experience who can prep cases with confidence and jump into real work that matters.


This is a highly collaborative group, with an environment where people show up, pitch in, and keep things moving.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' commercial litigation experience in Texas
• Most productive in a collaborative work environment
• Comfortable around clients
• Excellent writing skills
• Good tenure with previous firms (not hoppy)
• Passion for the practice of law

This new hire will get good and meaningful work right away and will not get tied down to anything like document review. There will be a compelling challenge from the get-go.
