Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The nurse will deliver patient assessments, treatments, and education, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine severity of injuries or illnesses.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Monitor patient progress and respond effectively to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in emergency room or critical care settings.
• Ability to perform under pressure with excellent clinical judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, protocols, and equipment.
