Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Duration: 6- 12 Months Location: North Reading, MA Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr Day To Day: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site health readiness and maintain a high bar for delivery excellence Execute and reconcile Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs. Sales Order (SO) mismatches; troubleshoot and resolve customer ticket issues Drive operational excellence by contributing to and tracking KPIs and SLAs Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve scalability across operations Problem-solve and design data-driven solutions to support and improve Amazon’s network Maintain and update internal documentation to support training, knowledge sharing, and operational consistency Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical problem-solving skills High proficiency in SQL and Excel, including advanced data analysis and modeling Experience in an analyst role or strong analytical focus through higher education Conceptual understanding of systems, workflows, and configuration management Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment Pluses: Experience driving process improvements, cost optimization, or operational excellence initiatives Exposure to KPIs, SLAs, or large-scale operational metrics in a supply chain or operations environment Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in complex, matrixed organizations Experience documenting processes or supporting internal training efforts The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
