ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a small but close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years in appliance sales before a recruiter from State Farm reached out and set me on this path. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Enterprise Management and German, and I've been married for 10 years with four kids who keep life full and fun. We're actively involved in our community-my husband coaches soccer, we donate to local schools, adopt families during the holidays, and even bring a Grinch costume to spread cheer around Christmas time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Spencer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
