$120,500 - $219,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads daily, ensuring consistent follow-up to build a robust client base.
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
• Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers, developing your pipeline and boosting your confidence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM to streamline communication and service.
• Track your activities and progress, aligning with both personal and team goals for continuous growth.
• Engage with clients through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems to foster strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing collective success and learning.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage client information and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to track and manage leads and client interactions.
