D365 Power BI Consultant

My client is looking for a hands‑on Power BI professional with deep experience working directly with the D365 F&O data model. The ideal candidate understands both the functional structure of D365 (Finance and/or Supply Chain) and modern Power BI data modeling best practices. This individual will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to design scalable, high‑performance reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports leveraging D365 F&O data Build optimized semantic data models aligned with financial dimensions and operational structures Extract and transform D365 data using Data Entities, OData, BYOD, or Azure Data Lake Develop complex DAX measures to support financial and operational KPIs Reconcile Power BI outputs to D365 transactional data to ensure integrity and accuracy Implement row‑level security aligned with D365 security roles Optimize report performance and refresh schedules Support executive reporting, month‑end close analytics, and operational dashboards Required Experience Strong Power BI development background (5+ years preferred) Direct experience working with D365 F&O data models (3+ years preferred) Deep understanding of financial dimensions and chart of accounts Deep understanding of subledger‑to‑GL relationships Deep understanding of inventory and supply chain transactions Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling (star schema design) Strong SQL skills Experience supporting Finance and/or Operations stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenth Revolution Group
