BCBA – Join Our Growing ABA Team
Join the Champions ABA - MA team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. We are committed to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy that empowers every voice to be heard and every individual to discover their potential.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our growing ABA team in Lawrence, MA. You will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to our dedicated team of professionals and families. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our mission to create positive change and improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and behavioral analyses to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including parents, to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and autism treatment
