We are looking for outstanding Licensed Registered or Vocational Nurses who take pride in their work. This individual will be responsible for resident care and directing nursing staff, develop plans of care, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants. The RN will also monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are upheld. Compensation: Competitive wages. Qualifications Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state. Responsibilities Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment. Make nursing diagnoses as the basis for care strategy. Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team. Record medication administration and changes in patient condition. Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks comply with state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility. Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies. Perform other duties as directed.
