Job Details Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 Position Overview We are seeking a Parts Manager to lead our parts department. In this role, you will oversee staff management, inventory control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and customer service to ensure profitable and efficient operations. Primary Responsibilities Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure parts availability for internal repairs and services Prepare and manage the parts department’s annual operating budget Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate parts department staff Schedule and supervise daily activities of the parts team Maintain accurate employee payroll and related records Create and enforce policies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Address customer complaints promptly following dealership guidelines Set competitive pricing strategies balancing sales volume and customer loyalty Monitor inventory levels to minimize obsolete stock Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to parts sales Adhere to safety standards in this safety-sensitive role Working Hours This is a full-time role with work hours aligned to dealership needs.
