job summary:
We are seeking a versatile Systems Administrator III to join our technical operations team supporting a secure enterprise environment in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will work across desktop support, endpoint management, network access, and security compliance to maintain critical infrastructure for contact center operations. This position offers long-term stability with a direct path to full-time employment.

responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment.

Implement policies in Intune, including password controls, device media restrictions, and security hardening (CIS benchmarks, STIGs).

Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows OS, hardware, peripheral devices, asset management, and VOIP operations.

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, DNS, VPN, and IP/Port/URL filtering.

Operate and manage network access controls and firewall settings in support of secure enterprise environments.

Collaborate with all facets of IT support teams to manage and maintain contact center technology infrastructure.

qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows operating systems and managing devices in a Microsoft Intune environment.

Demonstrated experience managing network access controls, including IP/Port/URL filtering, subnets, and routing.

Ability to self-manage, troubleshoot complex technical issues independently, and take ownership of projects end-to-end.

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Must be located in or near Indianapolis, IN, with the ability to work full-time onsite.
