• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide basic information about event activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and help maintain organized displays.
• Support event coordinators with daily tasks and logistical needs.
• Monitor promotional supplies and notify the team when items need replenishing.
• Communicate event updates and attendee needs to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with customer engagement activities and approved promotional presentations.
• Follow event instructions, schedules, and safety procedures.
