Housekeeping Supervisor - Luxury High-Rise Condominium

We are seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the janitorial, housekeeping program of the public and common areas in a luxury high-rise condominium building. This role ensures the property maintains a five-star appearance and delivers exceptional service to residents and guests.

Location: Zip Code 33139. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Pay: Weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff assigned to public/common areas.
• Inspect lobbies, elevators, hallways, amenities, restrooms, stairwells, and service areas.
• Maintain luxury cleanliness standards at all times.
• Plan daily task assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building policies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with management.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hospitality or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices for high-traffic public areas.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
