Daily Tasks Consults and advises hiring managers on the overall hiring process. Collaborates on job requisitions details and creation, and advises on the effective candidate assessment/interview techniques. Reviews job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche web sites. Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science. Work Experience Mid-Level, Six (6) years of corporate recruiting experience. Experience with: Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Communication Tool: Slack or Teams. About this Position Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
