Director Of Finance

Pay: $105,000–$130,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and support long-term organizational growth. The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to guide organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, long-term planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee corporate accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and other standards.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, cost controls, and treasury functions.
• Direct financial analysis, modeling, P&L management, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of accounting experience (required); prior Director of Finance senior finance leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and risk management.
• Experience with ASC 606, SOX, COSO, and corporate finance activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
