Using data-driven insights, we'll customize a solution that addresses your organization's most pressing needs—creating a more affordable, predictable, and simple health care experience.Evernorth Workplace Care - Personalized Care Where You AreHere's how you will support your patients on their wellness journey:Provide customer coaching and support, via video and telephonically, with a focus on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges.Perform Stress, anxiety and depression screeningIdentify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.Refer customer to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client specific programs as clinically appropriate.Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans, set personalized evidence-based goals, and support customers in achieving those goals.Empower customers to become an active participant in their own health outcomes.Assist Customer in overcoming barriers to better healthLead and support a variety of Health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching, wellness challenges and Health related seminars.Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to collaborate with customers to drive to improve clinical outcomes.Collaborate with our matrix partners to support the overall health and wellness strategy for your aligned client(s).Understand and own a variety of clinical targets and outcome measurements.Develop action plans that drive clinical value for the customers and clients.Additional responsibilities in alignment with the scope of your certification or licensureProvide support in training or mentorship of new employees as neededExpected Credentials to best serve your patients:Strong Clinical skills with at least 1 or more years of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotionRN required with active, unrestricted license in respective state, and ability to maintainCompact license or additional state licenses may be required, with ability to maintainCurrent ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED CertificationMinimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredAt least 3 or more years of RN experience in a hospital or provider's office settingHighspeed internet and quiet office space in committed locationHigh energy level, with dynamic presentation skills is required.Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviorsPassion for health improvementAbility to work independentlyCustomer-centric focusAbility to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and other matrix partners.Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills.Adaptable and flexible to changes of a growing teamAbility to cover multiple time zones if neededAbility to drive to Dallas TX to support health fairs if neededBonus points for :Behavioral Health experience, including stress reductionMaster's degree in psychology or related field is preferredChronic Disease Management experienceNBHWC (National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach)Motivational interview training/experienceAdditional languages including SpanishThis role is virtual and will be performed in your dedicated home office local to Dallas Texas.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About Evernorth Health ServicesEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
