Description:
This position involves working in a clinical resource management environment.
Experience in the emergency department or NICU is preferred.
The role includes direct client care and discharge planning.
The candidate must be adept in care coordination and care management.
Fingernail policies must be adhered to, with artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments.
This position requires coverage of the inpatient setting, with an emphasis on emergency care experience.
The charting system used will be Epic.
Candidates should be able to manage a caseload of up to 40 patients or consultations per day.
This role may require rotating weekend shifts, but does not require holiday work.
