HR Director for Rapid Growth | M&A, Compliance & Talent

DivergeIT is seeking an experienced HR leader to build and scale the people function as the company grows from 75 to 300+ employees. This hands-on director role is 100% onsite initially (90 days) and primarily onsite thereafter, based in Torrance, CA or Plano, TX.
You will own HR strategy and operations, lead a team, and drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and acquisitions integration while ensuring compliance across states and alignment with company values.
