Senior Software Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Integration Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, with equal focus on backend and frontend technologies, and a proven track record of building scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS.
This role involves designing, developing, and supporting custom web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications using modern full-stack technologies.

Build and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and Angular.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Create, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation templates and DevOps best practices.

Develop and support serverless and event-driven architectures using AWS services.

Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.

Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across Java-based open-source frameworks and libraries.

Collaborate closely with Integration Services, Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience (candidates with additional experience are welcome; minimum 3 years required).

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot development.

Experience developing integration solutions using Apache Camel.

Hands-on experience building frontend applications using React.

Experience with Angular development.

Strong understanding of full-stack development with approximately 50% backend and 50% frontend responsibilities.

Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
