Manager/ Senior Manager, Regional Ads Sales Solution & Strategy (PMO)-Bangkok

Job Description Revenue Planning & Performance Steering Lead and coach the team for revenue planning & performance steering for Lazada Monetization business (Southeast Asia), including creating business cases, analyzing data, and assessing performance metrics. Drive performance analysis through root-cause analysis, identify business gaps, and define action plans with stakeholders to improve target achievement. Initiate ad-hoc analysis to address specific business/product/project performance and issues, and produce analysis reports to senior management/business stakeholders. Present key insights reports and performance monitoring dashboards to share key business summary and analysis with senior managements. Project Management & Cross Functional Collaboration Identify and initiate strategic programs/projects, design governance structures and key SOPs, own & track performance of the projects. Design key processes and cadence and key performance metrics to ensure project success. Lead campaign steering for monetization team during campaign periods. Managed priorities across multiple workstreams while leading key initiatives and coaching junior team members to deliver tasks. Act as the representative for Marketing Solutions in cross-functional meetings, influencing stakeholders to incorporate Marketing Solutions into product or business plans. Business Reviews & Senior Stakeholder Management Lead monthly executive business reviews with senior leadership and country stakeholders, presenting performance insights, risks, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to drive decisions. Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for monetization and business synergy. Develop frameworks, drive business analysis, and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams for informed decision-making. AI, Automation & Operational Excellence Explore and implement innovative AI-powered solutions to automate routine optimizations, redesign workflows, and enhance analytical depth across regional operations. Define measurable outcomes for AI adoption initiatives (e.g., time-to-insight reduction, process automation coverage) and track progress against targets. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business). Advanced degrees such as a Master's or MBA are an advantage. Experience 7+ years of experience in project management, strategy & operations, P&L management, and performance steering within fast-paced or cross-functional environments. Cross-regional collaboration or multinational company experience is a strong advantage. Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver complex analysis to business operation teams and leadership. Familiarity with data tools and languages; SQL and Excel proficiency is a must. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate independently in ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications Experience in business, strategy/consulting, platform operation, sales strategy/operation would be an advantage. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to build strategic frameworks, identify root causes, and leverage data-driven insights to resolve business issues and drive monetization performance. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data, identify trends, and generate business insights. Deep understanding in platform business, or digital marketing/online media or commercial business. Experience in ecommerce platforms is a plus.
