In this role, you will work hands-on with ACH processing, wire transfers, and payment operations while supporting fraud detection, compliance, and risk management. What Matters Most Success in this role comes down to accuracy, accountability, and consistency. You should have a working knowledge of ACH processing, wire transfers, and electronic payments, along with an understanding of BSA AML, OFAC, and Regulation E. Strong attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. You will also need strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to follow established processes and internal controls. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and banking or core systems will support your success. Responsibilities Process ACH transactions and wire transfers accurately and on time. Support electronic payment operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Assist in fraud detection, risk management, and compliance monitoring to protect members and transactions. Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalate issues as needed, and maintain precise records.
